Step 2: Prepare the Spicy Green Paani

Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, and ginger to a blender with a little water. Blend until smooth.

Is Paani Puri Healthy?

Paani puri can be enjoyed occasionally as a snack. Potatoes provide carbohydrates, while chickpeas contribute fibre and protein. However, fried puris and sweet chutney can add calories, sugar, and fat. For a lighter version, use more chickpeas and adjust the salt and chutney quantities.
